My wife and I started flying in the Summer of 2001.  In the Spring of 2002 we acquired our pilots licenses, went into partnership with a friend on a Bonanza and met Scott Kenney.  He had been servicing the Bonanza for our friend prior to our becoming his partner.

Since then Scott and his team have serviced 3 different airplanes for me, the Bonanza, a Piston Malibu and now a Turbine Malibu Jetprop.  In all these years I have only serviced my planes at another shop once, our Piston Malibu when we were acquiring it at fine shop in Kansas.  Upon returning from that annual I asked Scott to take a second look. He found a number of issues then and at the next annual a year later, that even the country’s finest Malibu technician had missed.

Scott and his team are thorough, professional, customer service oriented, one of the finest organizations I have ever worked with of any kind.  As CEO of a 35 person service organization, I know how hard it is to maintain the high standards Scott demands from his team year in and year out.  Staff may, from time to time, come and go, but Troutdale Aircraft Services has maintained a consistent level of quality over time.

Scott Kenney and Troutdale Aircraft Services have been maintaining my airplane for almost two years, now. I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else. Scott and his crew have always done a meticulous job of servicing my airplane. In my first annual with Scott I understood and saw all the things that were missed in the past by other service centers that were obviously wrong and had been wrong since the airplane was manufactured. I have complete confidence when I pick up my airplane, after service, that it is completely airworthy and safe. I especially like the fact that Scott personally does the back to service flights on my airplane. Troutdale Aircraft Services is also customer service oriented, I really feel like the customer comes first. They also know my airplane inside and out and it has never run and operated better than it does today, not even when it was brand new! I highly recommend Troutdale Aircraft Services and Scott Kenney.

If I was in the market for a used airplane today, I would definitely pay more for an airplane that had been maintained by Troutdale Aircraft Services and Scott Kenney.
